Description

Our restaurant is situated in the old ‘Brooke Stores’ building, right in the heart of Croyde Village. Ever since opening our doors in October 2020, it has been our mission to make New Coast Kitchen a place for guests to enjoy memorable dining experiences.

Our menu is always produced with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and is full of unique flavour combinations created by Martin Baylis, and our talented kitchen team. We are currently serving brunch and dinner throughout the week only closing on Monday, so we hope to welcome you soon!

Amary Farm, an organic, family business from Ilfracombe that produces fresh vegetables and herbs, supply our seasonal vegetables and salads. We work very closely with them to stay close to nature, regularly updating our menu according to the best available ingredients. Celtic Fish, a top family business who work with many small fishing boats and shellfish producers, supply us with the freshest possible fish and shellfish. Woolley Farm, owned and run by a group of local farmers, supply our meat. They rear beautiful grass-fed Devon Ruby Red beef cattle and incredible lambs. We have worked closely with their butcher on salt and dry ageing techniques to enhance flavour and tenderness. Having a close relationship with suppliers is so important as their job is just as hard as ours and we can only cook great food with the great produce they provide.
